* A free initial meeting where we can get to know each other and you can decide if you would like to book me as your birth doula.

* 2 antenatal visits, each lasting at least 2 hours

* Unlimited phone and e-mail support

* Loan of books, DVDs and birth pool

* I will be on call for you from the 38th week of your pregnancy. This means I am available for you at any time of the day or night until your baby is born.

* I have back-up from two other Sheffield doula's - Kate Marston and Olivia Lester.

* Upto 2 postnatal visits (I offer additional visits at a rate of £10 per hour on request).

Total Cost (including all expenses) - £300 and for babies due in September, October or November I am offering a £100 discount

Did you know that the Government will pay a £190 grant to help prepare for the birth of your baby, which you can put towards hiring a doula. Ask your midwife for a form for the "Health in Pregnancy Grant".
