This is a one day workshop, run by Olivia Lester a highly experienced Birth Educator, which looks at the birthing process and ways in which a birthing partner can offer support.

* Positions for 2nd stage
* Comfort measures
* 3rd stage (the placenta)
Suitable to attend in the last 6-8 weeks before your baby is due
Workshop dates: Nov 6th 2011, 15th Jan, 26th Feb & 29th April 2012
Time: 10am - 4pm
Cost £100 per pregnant woman & birth partner (or included as part of your doula package)
Please note we are unable to provide a refund if you cannot take up your place, unless your baby is born early or you are admitted to hospital.
